Stat-Guard is a very functional, effective solution in areas where static control is imperative.  Designed for workbenches and desks, its flexible, three-layer construction is for use underneath computers and at workstations where sensitive components are packaged or repaired.  This 3-layer material has a conductive scrim sandwiched between two layers of vinyl.  This provides excellent electrical properties.  For maximum effectiveness, ground the mat using a ground cord and ground the worker using a wrist strap.
